40 Life Lessons Before the Age of 40.

A couple weeks ago, I turned 40 years old.

I know what everyone says. 40 is the new 30. But honestly, I was dreading it. And I’m still not enjoying it. Who wants to recognize their own mortality, and that there is a leash now on their limits. No longer is life here on earth unlimited in front of me. I’m over half way through my Journey.

But in the lead up to this life change, I wanted to slow down and see if there was anything that I had learned that I could pass along.

“The unexamined life is not worth living” Socrates.

Examination and honesty are perhaps the only legacy a person might leave behind.

So join us daily as myself and others examine our lives and see if there might be some small nugget we might pass along.
